Larian Studios Forums General Chat Chat (Anything) To whom it may concern.

This website belongs to Larian Studios and I am a fan of their RPG.
This conundrum began when we all were in a battle against downvoting rift runner.
Some forum fans were very happy that we succeeded in changing the minds of the “ToTheGame” poll site and they deleted all the unfounded votes.

Lockmar was mostly diplomatic, Kiya was arguing nicely by posting the downvoting log, but I chose to convince them by logic that their poll is ridiculous from its foundation. The final result was that they did change their mind, but Kiya was mad at me because I was not her clone.

Well, I am definitely not anyone’s clone.

Then the first problem was followed by yet another silly problem, but both of them have foundations outside this forum completely.

The offenders who are being very mean to me recently are driven emotionally without giving any thought to their motivations and without even sanity and reasoning.

My intentions are to make things clear again, because if we all realise how all this started and how it developed we shall learn a lesson from it and do our best to not let this happen again. A secondary objective is definitely to stop this rabid, insane and vicious campaign being held against me for no reason at all while I am the victim.

It is under “chat RPG” because the offenders are playing a game but they do not even know what role they are playing. They do not realise that they are joining a black ring. They do not realise that they are being seduced by the demon of lies. Each one is under the impression that he/ she is a Divine one and they labelled me as an Orc. Then they wish for nothing else but to poison my well and burn my wagons.

Funny I know, and you may laugh dear Alrik, but I am sure of what I say because I have statistics and studies on games and what they do to the human mind.

None of the offenders would even dare to talk to me in real life without checking their manners.
However, they are all hypnotised by the RPG environment, and they all believe that they can go ahead and label anyone as an Orc and go for an Orc-hunt.

Alright, so we have heard everyone's views...can we please stop this now.

Raze made a very important point: DAD, you don't know the difference between an attack and critics. Your "proof" that kiya started it is a joke - especially because she was right: that mail was rude, patronizing, condescending... and kiya or anyone else had and has every right to point that out.

As Viper already pointed out: grow up, man, and learn to recognize reason and take criticism.

Hey, while we're at it, once you're done learning those, please learn to follow your own "advice" which you like to give to every member here who disagrees with you - I asure you you'll get "attacked" (read: criticized) a lot less.

If everybody decide to stop to post answers in this thread or in any thread like this one, may be this stupid war will get to an end.

DAD, You seem a very educated person to me, but that doesn't mean you should know better, for all I know you've been to for up into what you do, you have a lack of RL interaction.

You as many other well educated poeple I know don't have the slightest idea of how wrong they can be, you can't prove them wrong, simply said many of them are "know it all's"

I request YOU as a fan of Larian, to drop this issue and never bring it back, it my right as a fan and forum user as much as it your right to get your points known, we all know them by now so pls drop it and don't assume yourself to know it all.

We all have our opinions about the others on the board, don't insult other poeple with your opinion about them, some do it, wich is wrong others can't quit it ... wich is very sad ... so don't call others a kid if you can't behave to your age.

Now, now, Kejero, your post is calling for yet another thread because I do not see how this patronising behaviour of yours could do any good for this forum, and I assure you that there is big difference between positive criticism and negative mouthfuls of bad mannered words with finger pointing.

I wouldn't worry to much about his behaviour or the good of it to the forum.
What he and different other ppl are trying to show you is that you should think about your behaviour towards others.
Have you ever stopped and just thought about how you make ppl feel? Or is that of no intrest to you?
I been watching you for a long time and kept myself from answering on your posts directly. So maybe I'm to blame too. I should have reacted sooner.
I was apalled with what you said about kiya. While she isn't here to defend herself.
kiya... I known her since she joined this forum. She stands up for what she cares for. It's her way. But you never seem to stop to think of other ppls feeling or how they might be different from yours. She was right in the voting topic. She worked hard on a gentle and human approach. And she was really worried about you spoiling it with your harsh approach. You going on about her is only making more members angry. We all know kiya.

Stop that behaviour towards all members of this forum. I been silent very long and you really don't wanna make me do this.

-on a sidenote... to show you that you are able of making mistakes too. You are wrong about DvB. I figured it out and got confirmation not long ago.
