santa songs? this is one of my favorites:

An open letter to St. Nicholas

Whiskey and cookies on the mantle
the children asleep, they wait for St. Nick
While they wait we can drink
The tree is hung in tribute to you
364 days till I see you again
and a thousand more tears
and a thousand more tears

St. Nicholas, St. Nicholas at the North Pole
364 days spent all alone
Take off your boots, pour a drink
try not to cry, try not to think
St. Nicholas, St. Nicholas at the North Pole
364 days spent all alone
Take off your boots, pour a drink
try not to cry, try not to think
try not to think

And you drink your eggnog and I'll drink my wine
Toast to the season, we toast one more time
the morning is coming, the whiskey is empty
the gifts have arrived, St. Nick has come and gone.

St. Nicholas, St. Nicholas at the North Pole
364 days spent all alone
Take off your boots, pour a drink
try not to cry, try not to think
St. Nicholas, St. Nicholas at the North Pole
364 days spent all alone
Take off your boots, pour a drink
try not to cry

And it ends like it started, the hugs and the kisses
the [nocando] flows, the [nocando] flows
you raise your bottle and I'll raise my flask
toast Christmas future, toast Christmas past
When their all gone, sitting down in peace,
wait one more year and I'll pour just one more drink.

St. Nicholas, St. Nicholas at the North Pole
364 days spent all alone
Take off your boots, pour a drink
try not to cry, try not to think
St. Nicholas, St. Nicholas at the North Pole
364 days spent all alone
Take off your boots, pour a drink
try not to cry, try not to think
try not to think

St. Nicholas all alone.

it's called 364 days, and it's by the murder city devils.

NO, do not put Marmite on spuds!!!
Try this , Marmite and cheese sandwich, make sure you put a good layer of Marmite in or the taste of the cheese(preferably Cheddar) will drown the Marmite out!!
Marmite fingers as well...to dunk in yer Tea!!

Ever tried to let the cheddar melt a litle first?
Put sandwish with cheddar in microwave for 20 secs. or so (yummy just like that), then put marmite on it.

I think i'll have to give that a go Seth',i wandered what that microwave was good for

Cor bloomin crackin'...... Cheese and Marmite on toast. . toast one side of the bread under a grill untill golden brown, remove and spread an ample amount of Marmite on the untoasted side and put a layer of sliced cheese (Cheddar is particulary good) on top of the Marmite and put back under the grill untill the cheese melts and starts to drip down the sides of the toast, remove from the grill and consume ....mmmmm crackin'.

You can't be serious. Nothing is safe anymore.
It can never be as good as the original anyway.

They will probebly make a Wonka II, and then a Wonka; the early years, and then a revenge of Wonka, too...

There is a Wonka II, at least in book form. Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator.

As much as I hate remakes, I'd love to see Johnny Depp as Willy Wonka.
