Just be sure Josephina doesn't get the focus on your character ! She must not concentrate on your character. So keep her going, using summons of any kind, if you wish, and maybe flash to get her into a defensive pose.
I couldn't imagine how to get past her without the use of scorpions or something similar, and maybe without a frost sword. I have always used this compination, and to me it's still the mose effective one.
