Hi os008,

Normally when you summon a skeleton, it will only stay in one area and fight any enemies it sees in that area. To get a skeleton or any other creature you summon to follow you, you'll need the skill, Aura of Command. From IGN website:

Aura of Command

Skill description
Control the will of summoned creatures to do your bidding.

In-game stats
Level 1: 1 summoned creature can join you. Required Clvl: 16, Magic Cost: 16
Level 2: 2 summoned creatures can join you. Required Clvl: 22, Magic Cost: 19
Level 3: 3 summoned creatures can join you. Required Clvl: 28, Magic Cost: 22
Level 4: 4 summoned creatures can join you. Required Clvl: 34, Magic Cost: 25
Level 5: 5 summoned creatures can join you. Required Clvl: 40, Magic Cost: 28

Thanks.
