No she cannot. As long as she is in the area of effect, she will suffer damage from this spell. Having this spell at level 3 is nice. Of course, it wouldn't hurt if you had that spell at level 5. It's one of the most powerful spells in the game because it can't be resisted by any monster, does a lot of damage, and is also an area effect spell.

no kidding, but lord does hell spikes take a whole lot of mana, 25 i think. It's alot. Just make sure when you cast it you get maximum usage out of it. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/delight.gif" alt="" />

After getting killed off so many times I just stocked up on scorpion traps, at least 15 of them and let them loose on here while I hid next to the ladder. Between them and the Death Knight I was able to chase her off. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

well scorpions though over-powered are good as last measure. can't argue with that.
