Telekinesis: Is handy for the sewers later on to get goodies, you can open levers out of reach or pick up items that fell between the walls - not necessary at your stage of the game IMO.
Lighte, I'd do this: After you leave Aleroth and explore the rest of the maps, trade with every one and have a look if they sell spell books. I bought every book I could lay my greedy hands on, except those where I was lvl 5 already. As a tip from me: Never max out your spells with skill pts, it's better to buy them, but you have to be patient.
Frost weapon: Sorry, there's no fix place for this - errhm, but the knight's blade could have it, it was pretty powerful in some of my games. And in Ars Magicana (too far for you away at the moment) is a mage shop with a nice dagger in the back room in a chest - but you have only ONE chance to get it. Don't want to spoil.
