If you're on teleporter A and click on the map where another blue flame is = that's the location then (B).
Example: You step on the activated teleporter in Aleroth - map pops up and has a blue flame there. If you've been somewhere else already (Ars Magicana for example) and activated another teleporter(blue flame), just click on this blue flame for Ars Magicana and then you're at that point in the game = in this case Ars Magicana teleporter.
