so 20u00 - 5 = 15u00 time GMT belgium is in the zone GMT +1 so 20u00 EST == 16u00
Almost correct, but the '-' sign should be a '+'
so 20u00 + 5 = 01u00 time GMT belgium is in the zone GMT +1 so 02u00
