If you played Morrowind like this you missed out really a lot. Open rules and own spells are an opportunity but misused (as in your case) they destroy the game world and the game balace.
If you understand Morrowind you have to do different things. Live the world. Go to Ascadian Isles and watch the sunset. Enter a dungeon and fight for your life, do quests apart from the main quest, become a vampire...
If you´ve already done all of these things then maybe you just finished everything in the game like me, but than you played for 3 month...
