First thing is to check if your mouse is dirty. Open your mouse and clean... Second thing: Go to your XP and fasten mouse speed.
Third thing if the problem still exists: Rerduce your video resolution within the game. -but this onl helps if you have a real performance problem which I doubt.
You could also post your computer stats here. This could help a lot.
