I know that i�m not always on, can�t be.

It is good that you play on PC because on PC one can do amazing things with the console. Morrowind is as buggy as hell (like divinity before the first patch...)
so the console can be lifesaving!

A small teaser: There is a good unique axe which the developers actually forgot to put in. You can�t find it but you can raise it with the console.

Open it and type in:

player-> additem "axe_queen_of_bats_unique"1

Otherwise you will never see it.
