I know this sounds silly but, What is IRC? How do I use it? Where do I get it? The reason I am asking is , well, I would like to ask some questions to our Larians at the chat, and have no clue as to how I can get involved. Please shine some light on my ignorance!
IRC = Internet Relay Chat. Try this. I think/hope it will answer most of your questions. There's a lot more. But it's a start. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
Okay Morbo. I have downloaded and joined. When I go to RPGCODEX, I am the only 1 there <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />. Granted I do like talking to myself, but...Are there other places to go where there are actually people besides myself? Truly I know nothing about this IRC stuff. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/stupid.gif" alt="" />

I looked at Miranda because it was small, simple and didn't spread files all over the hard drive or assume it could start with windows. It annoyingly defaults to having the windows always on top (it is hard to cut and past server info like that), but that can be changed.
Thanks, Raze, as usual. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" /> What would the Forum be without you ? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> ( I admit I was a little bit lazy ... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> )
