That was the first chat I ever checked out, and it seemed a little slow. Though, like you said, when someone says done quickly and another question is asked, some people may not have been done with the first. Maybe I was just impatient.

They seem pretty fast when you're taking questions, giving them to the question askers, logging manually to make sure the context of the answer stays with the question asked, and putting the HTML touches on the log, responding to PMs that aren't questions for the devs but are questions about the nature of the chat, etc..
