tried everything on this web site
i dont use anti virus on pc so what else could it be <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wave.gif" alt="" />

a few more details would be nice.......like?
where were you when this happened?
CPU specs
video? card.

Did you already see the post Troubleshooting and Manual Install Procedure?

Someone else had that problem awhile ago..... I'll see if I can find it.

Just a thought but if you havent tried it try quitting with the escape key rather than using the mouse. Happens on my system sometimes but escape normally works even if the mouse has frozen
