Denn, das ist richtig <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> Nur durch üben lernt man. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/delight.gif" alt="" />

Write like you will. It's normal that You cannot write correct at beginn.

Look at my English <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ouch.gif" alt="" />

DEATH, I'd never laugh - this German language is for crying out loud - not laughing <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/delight.gif" alt="" /> - go ahead, I'm looking forward to it.

DEATH, ich wuerde nicht lachen - diese deutsche Sprache ist zum Aufschreien - nicht zum Lachen - gehe voran, ich bin darauf gespannt.

Took it for a year but the athmosphere is horrible.
Maybe I should go and buy a german dictionary to read?

Its not needful, look at http://dict.tu-chemnitz.de/ . It's a good dictionary. And when you can understand what i'm writing, we can understand when you are writing german. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

"Needful" ? Do you mean "Neccessary" ? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/delight.gif" alt="" />

When you find a big kettle of crazy, it's best not to stir it.

Your nearly got it.

Better: Ah ja, kennt ihr das?

Know = wissen, kennen, erkennen, erfahren (?)

I'd say, like Ali G:

Death, do you want us to correct you? Oder lieber nicht?
Ah ja, ihr koent das (site)? -> Ah ja, kennt ihr die Seite?

The third language is always most difficult to learn, because your head is already filled. I just have to look at my French (after English and Latin).

Edit: Sternenschweif was faster than me.

Very well. Then you will sometimes change your name.

Death at the Door = Tod an der Tür

Barnie, "needful" is more in the sense of "nuetzlich".
Necessary = noetig, notwendig
Kiya

Good idea, we'll open a multilingual class here - open for both sides.
Gute Idee, wir werden eine multilinguale (mehrsprachige) Klasse eroeffnen - offen fuer beide Seiten

Funny, and we know what ya meen <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

This sentence value:

Kiya = Kiya <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/up.gif" alt="" />
is = known in the German colloquial language; better: ist
verrueckt = it's right <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/up.gif" alt="" />

You Don't have Ä,Ö and Ü use AE,OE and UE.

You know the sentence:
Der Tod ist ein General aus Deutschland?

I thank you = [color:"yellow"]Ich danke dir (I thank to you = I know this is very bad English, but shows the direction better, possessive pronoun IIRC)
but you can say: [color:"yellow"]Danke (shorter and easier to keep in mind)

Ich thank you for having it in both languages, way easier
[color:"yellow"]Ich danke dir, es in beiden Sprachen zu haben, viel einfacher (yes, I know, this is unelegant German, but I try to stick to the words. Better would be to use "make/making" instead of "having" ->
Ich danke dir, es in beiden Sprachen zu machen, viel einfacher

Kiya, nutty German squirrel <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/delight.gif" alt="" />
(Fuer die Deutschen: Nutty/nuts = verrueckt)
Explanation for the Germans = nutty/nuts = crazy
