Duck a l´orange in german has no real name I think or has it?
We would use the frech expression canard a l´orange.
or say
"Ente mit Orangenfüllung?"
but in Austria we very seldom eat it...
duck = Ente
to use an Austrian expression:
Was der Bauer nicht kennt isst er nicht!
= a peasant won´t eat anything which he does not know!
