I don´t think such a massacre is necessary!

Usdually you don´t need these extra skills and killing every
possible NPC is rather strange in my opinion. Why one would like to kill all those innocent people?
...for 1 to 2 extra levels which you don´t need for the end battle...

anyway your choice..
