I agree to that. Overrated implies it got scores that were way to high. This is a list of overhyped games. But I assume Gamespy considered overhyped to have too many negative implications.

Why is FF7 overrated? 85% average is not too much, imho: DD got 83% average and I consider it underrated (because of some lame sites).
