I did (as you know <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />) but my tactics are simplest, you will find them in the tutorials, no doubt.
Once, for fun, I pumped my medic with every drug I had (and since in game I do not use drugs, I had plenty of them). Got several of his stats to 20 and wiped half of the map. Now that was fuuuun!
