This is an interesting situation.
The fact that Leo Zullo and Terry Malham are
Former CDV employees can tell us something very important. This important thing is that they left CVD for a reason. It is improbable that that reason is that they agree with all CDV decisions.
In simple words, they are renegades, and in business, this should mean that something happened that motivated them to take this decision and leave. A picture begins to materialise from the background noise informing us that they were not satisfied with what CDV did regarding L. S. and that they believe that L. S. have potential in the market. That is why they signed up for <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/riftrunner.gif" alt="" /> distribution knowing that it was a winning move.
Or at least I hope that this is the true picture.
