Absolutely. Positive and negative feedback is necessary. I think the most infuriating thing is the "I (do/don't) agree with them." It doesn't add anything to the conversation. I often post another answer to an already answered question if I feel that their answer was unclear. I think over-confirmation is fine so long as they provide their own opinions and don't just sheep along with the others.
