Where did you find that? Do you have a link?
I found references to a USA publisher as well, but couldn't get a confirmation of that upto now.
As we know now there are multiple publishers of <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/riftrunner.gif" alt="" /> Each publisher will cover their own little corner of the world <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

Contact Data seems to be the Benelux distributor of Take 2 and Activision. But obviously they haven't officially announced Riftrunner yet.
