Personally I like dungeons. The creepier the better. I like traps, switches, glowing rocks, torches. But, I do not like spiders! Every RPG I have ever played has spiders! The spiders always have poison too. Is that just a norm now? Why can't a spider shoot a web and slow your character down? Or if your character doesn't cut the webs fast enough, the spider makes a meal? Or just hang out on the wall, and not attack at all? Or just be already dead on the floor when you get there? Sorry for the ramble. Just some thoughts...

I have nothing against Dungeons - as long as the whole game doesn't consist of them. I'm no dark elf or dwarf, so I couldn't live all of the time in dark, murky dungeons.
I want some "surface-action" as well.
And co,ours !The whole world doesn't consist only of brown and grey. Why not put colourful paintings inside of Dungeons ? Like relics of forgotten times and symbols ? (Back to the days when the world was more colourful ... )

And especially rediculous considering my hero... Why does everyone spell 'ridiculous' like that? I can't remember the last time I saw it spelt correctly. Bah. Anyway, uh, back on topic, I think it would be nice if you could climb platforms. And trees. And the sides of houses, so you could just kind of wander around on the roof and stuff. If Commander Keen can jump and climb, why can't I? Grrrr. Mmmm, Comander Keen. If only the owners of Keen weren't still pretending it's a real game that's worth $20 American. I believe they're dreaming. Uh... so, yeah. Climbing would be good. It could be a skill or something, depending on how the skills thing is going to work.

My current dictionary program spelis it like that (copy & paste) : . It does not say whether this is BE or AE. By the way, a possible explanation is obvious : the english "e" is often sounding like an german "i" in german ears, maybe in other's ears, too.

But seriously, do a search for the word 'rediculous', plenty of people have used it. Although thankfully I also receive lots of results for the word 'ridiculous', so all is right with the world.

And yay for another Aussie! Where abouts are you from? Australia. 'Where abouts' is a very general phrase, isn't it? OK, OK... Adelaide. EDIT: Like Henry Higgins said: "By rights she should be taken out and hung, for the cold blooded murder of the English tongue."

Yeah, it is general. I'm not after your street address. Yet... EDIT: Like Henry Higgins said: "By rights she should be taken out and hung, for the cold blooded murder of the English tongue." Hmmm... I'll have to keep that one in mind.
