I see what you mean. That's why I didn't put numerical modifiers on the "better items" part of the skill. I really have no idea how much is better! And saying that you have a "900% better chance of finding good items" doesn't really mean anything if you don't know the figures to begin with. What I had in mind is that the net-worth of items you find would be worth a certain percentage more. Because items are generated randomly you can easily add another bonus worth an extra 10% in gold. So all items are worth more in use and gold!
And now I understand why you want it to rise automatically with levels. That way better items appear later in the game instead of right at the start. Good thinking! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
