I don't often download a demo to see how a game works if I think it will be a good game - but I've bought too many recently that just didn't appeal to me after I paid for it = lots of lost money.
Do the demos usually react the same way the game ends up acting? In this case when the inventory opened up it was really sluggish and I had difficulties getting it to close. This was the RPG portion of the game. I have to say I made a quick judgement using the demo. Also, I didn't like that I couldn't choose to have a female avatar as a knight or barbarian or archer (all male - @Seth, I think Sheri might have worn pink <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> ).
I guess my question is, if someone has played both the demo and the game - is the demo a good representation of the game?
