The Thunder Plate armour is mentioned in the post
EASTEREGGS and RUNE manuscripts. I think the screenshot there was from tossing a teleporter stone past the Verdistis gates, to get into an area you are not suppose to be in. I'm not sure if it is findable in the game; I think it might possibly be in the sewers, maybe.
