The RGB values for the forum background are (55,72,90), or hex #3A495A. The second row text colour is -5 to each RGV value, converted to a hex value of #304154. The colour of the lighter HTML table is +10 to the RGB values. If you like any of the other colours, 'Quote' that post in a reply to see them. ;)
