how do i rescue that wizard zandalor (i think) without goin into the Verdistis area? i found the cellar in the poor area but i carnt pick lock it lvl 5 pick lock is ther ea lever or any other way?, carnt pick the lock atthe market sewer from the torture chamer either doh

You don't have to go to the verdistis area, but you must join the thieves guild so you can get the key to the sewers from the poor quarter, you can always use the market sewers, but this is a much longer route, and it will be much more difficult as you get the locations from Rob (the guildmaster of the thieves guild) and the lock in the prisons (past the torture chamber) can't be picked, I don;t know what's behind them either, sorry.

Check this map:
Rivertown sewers.

Look for the exit: stormfist castle tresure room.

The room with the executioner is a dead end.

You confuse me with the door in the poor section. Can you give more specifics.

I think he is talking about the hatch in Lain's house in the poor section.
If you have done the tests of the thieves guild, you can take this way to go down in the sewers.

BTW, that door in the jail can not be opened.
