I can only think up of hexing yourself to it. Procedure is explained in this link, coordinates are:

why is the hatch closed? Did you go to Trevor/guild master and did he flag the house for you? There is no key in this game. After you have received the solution from Trevor and killed the thugs, the hatch should be open.
