There is Geoff and Gero in the Merchant's Quaters of Rivertown. There is a bow dealer in the Elven Village in the Dark Forest. And later in the game there is Kroxy in the Wastelands with lots of Gold Charms.

I rarely found much worth purchasing. There was some nice armour occasionally and a good cross-bow or two, but you'll end up spending a lot on Charms at the end of the game. I only used the Enchant Weapon skill at the end of the game because there were so many charms available.

ya its sorta like d2 with runes.. you tend to not use runes till your well in the game, sux. and its sorta pointless to invest a bunch of money on chrms when you cant find anything worthy to put them in

You're not terribly likely to find anything better once you reach the Wastelands. And even if you do, you'll have enough money to replace the Charms in the old item anyway!

I never relly bought a keeper either, the best stuff I found during the game. I know it's fun sometimes to save up and then buy something, but it's more rewarding to get it of an enemy's corpse
I am in blood Stepp'd in so far, that, should I wade no more, Returning were as tedious as go o'er.

Strange--the shops near Ars Magincia, Corrina and Mpenzak in Verdistis, Grishka and that priest in the Dwarven Mines are plenty of good places to spend money.

True, but not once you have what you need. Their items don't get any better as the game progresses, unless it's by chance.
