Why not have your female become pregnant? If she is in a situation where she uses her womanhood to solve a quest or gain an item of importance? Then the whole story line could change to accept the child as a part of the party. You can play a child in <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/riftrunner.gif" alt="" /> already, so why not mother and child? Or if you were playing a male and get a woman pregnant, (remember the Brothel?) The mother somehow becomes dead (orcs?), and your character has to take responsibility. LOL!
