Additional Lord of Destruction Sets were given new Specific Item Partial Set Bonuses in the 1.10 patch. If your item does not have these bonuses, it's likely that it was created prior to the 1.10 patch. You will need to get a 1.10 version of the set item to get the new Specific Item Partial Set Bonus.

woran ich mich erstmal gewöhnen muss, das mein necro jetzt als vampir durch die gegend läuft und noch meteor , feuerwand und feuerball casten kann , als spezieller bouns weil er das komplette set trägt....oh schreck.........und die feursäule die immer an im hochklettert für ne kurze zeit...
