Da bin ich leider etwas überfragt. Da ich das programm auch nur gelegentlich nutze hab ich keinen Schimmer was da wer macht und was welches Fehlverhalten bedeutet. Schon mal auf der Website geschaut ob sich dort eine erklärung findet?

Vielleicht versuchst du mal die CD Variante? Die ging bei mir immer Problemlos.
