Posible bug

I sold slasher to george (by coming out of the grave)

I later went back to the orcs via the orc camp
and was given the oportunity to provide slasher to the orcs.

which I did and received the XP so I would recomend this
option to everyone.

i did the same thing and thought i messed up but didnt want to load cause it had been a while so itried to fail quest and ended up finishing anyways pretty cool bug if i saty so myself
