i voted for an third option.
i like the way of the first chooise.
but what i don't like so mutch is the position of the left (puple) titels , they are split in a second row if the words are to long. probably because the frame is somewhat small.
my sugetsion is put the purble titels in one line and put the explaning just beneath it beginning at the same position as the purple ones.
