I read that i can find the healing potions in dr.Elrath's house. I already solved the quest in which i find out dr.Elrath is responsible for the diseases and turned him in. the problem is that i can't get back into his house. is there a way?

Unless Raze or Barnabus know the hex point for it, maybe the can tell you how to Hex edit into the room.

There is no legitimate way into the house once you leave with the letter.

However, you can get back in;
Teleporting Anywhere, via hex editor or FIX for the Missing Catacombs Portal

or download the inventory files for the potions;
Lost Items - guide and directory of inventory files

This is not a required quest, though, so you can also just leave them.
