When you mentioned email, I assumed you were trying to send it to a friend or neighbor with a CD-RW drive. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

You only need 8 floppies, since the last section of the patch and the batch file will fit together on a disk. If you can not quite find 8, a higher capacity formatting program will reduce that to 7 (not a huge help, I know).

SuperFormat (20KB)

Quote
SuperFormat lets you create additional disk space on a standard 3.5 inch floppy disk. The program formats the floppy to hold 1.72 MB of data instead of the standard 1.44 MB. It comes with an adequate help file and is easy to use. NOTE: SuperFormat runs in a DOS box. Users report that SuperFormat does not format disks properly in Win 2000/ XP. (Previously formatted disks can be used in these OS.)

A program called fdformat can do slightly better on capacity (not enough to make a difference in this case), but must be run from DOS mode.
