I know you can learn more languages in both france and germany, but they are voluntarily, even english afaik..
Like my dad, on his work, he got recently visited by 15 people from germany, which are in the same line of work.
And my father prepared a speech for them..
Only 1 of the 15 germans, was able to understand it, because he was the only 1 who spoke english..
Thats rather strange don't you think..
I dont judge the school system, its just that I would prefer it in another way..
