I wonder if this game is similar to NeverWinterNights in that once I had moved past a certain area of the plot and or gone to the next area plot and quest wise I was then unable to return and finish any quests I had left in that town.

I have gotten to the point where I have gathered all 7, Josephine was a nice little fight but her fate was written on my blade from the beginning.
*grins*
I am now in the Wastelands and wonder if I will be able to get back to Verdistis and those other places now that I am here to finish my little quests.
