But when I tryed recently to start a ladder char, I did not have the option for hardcore. Why is that? Did I do something wrong?

you can only play hardcore when you killed Baal the first time in Softcore modus... That means you must play a normal game to get the Option for Hardcore... play it fast... so i could have a Team for hardcore as soon as possible <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />
