Womble, I have a low lvl assn on east coast realm. I don't play her much but she is there. My girl I drop about 10 points in claw mastery,10 in weapon block,3 in shadow warrior (you want to hold out for master that has all assn skills)10 in shadow master when available. I like Blade fury. Took out alot of badies from a distance with that. Wake of fire.! Yeah roast em and toast em! Dragon Talon is more powerfull, but I choose dragon claw instead, as it takes less mana.
