There is an RPG in creation that uses the bible as a background (or there used to be one in creation, I'm not sure abotu the status). Anyway, from it I've learned if you want heated debates and people tearing a game down before even a first screenshot is released then you have to go for biblical content. There are enough people who will go for the kill over such a thing.
Besides that, how is a system where there are no classes to determine you are a mage in order fro you to get the staff?
