Well, my turn now...

I went to re-install DD on my c drive.
Everything was going fine, until it asked me to put indtall disc number 2 in the CD drive.
It then responded to me with a decompression error. ?????? What is that? What is wrong? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/puppyeyes.gif" alt="" /> I was looking forward to a third game. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />

Any suggestions?

Did you check the CD to make sure there are no fingerprints or scratches? Are you using the same optical drive you installed it from before?
There is also a manual install procedure.
