No, you can't, after the end sequence you can either start at the beginning or just reload an earlier save.

When the game ends this is what you are to do....
With sword or weapon of choice gripped for killing in your right hand,
raise your arms in a Victory salute and all NPC's will now bow to you, their rightful Master.
