@Muskrat: I never did any of it either, actually im egalitarian in all my treatment of human beings. But I do feel regret as to the way we have treated other races. Sneer all you want.

Oh yeah! Im a biggot alright, after all I judge everyone on their own merits. I wasnt blaming you anymore that I blame myself. Rather than categorically deny my point, how about you provide some proof that we are, as a race, such fine people.

Im sorry you took my comments perrsonally, that was not what I intetended, I was merely commenting that we dont have the right. Believing that god is behind us doesnt cut it for me. "Christianising" or "Civililising". Bleh. To a certain extent we all bear part of the blame. Yes it wasnt you who did it, dont worry,I dont have a large Muskrat terrorissing people in my dreams. But I cant help looking back at what has been done and feeling regret. Call it biggotry if you want. Its how I feel though. [nocando] you!

this turkey posts are getting a tad too hot. cool it, everyone. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

mandrake feels bad for all the bad things done by his people in the past. it doesn't mean he's pointing at muskrat. so i hope muskrat isn't offended by it.

& muskrat's post is a bit vague though we can always speculate on it. but we know speculating is never a good & reliable process. hope he can clarify.

& let's not call each other names other than the ones we chose for our avatars. being intelligent lifeforms that have foresight, we could've done better.

so let's not spoil it all & may all of u have every day to thank for.

I apologise to Muskrat. He is not to blame for why I am angry. He could try to have a little understanding though.

End..

Happy Thanksgiving, Canada! (officially, the 2nd Monday in October)

I know the U.S. celebrates Thanksgiving on the 4th Thursday of November, but what about the rest of the world? Any similar harvest celebrations?
