My 'Net alias? At some point, in some chat, about three-four years ago, some moron tried to engage me in a conversation. You know, the usual type. Went something like this:
Idiot boy: a/s/l?
Me: I would rather communicate with someone who doesn't talk in DumbSpeak, thank you.
Idiot boy: wat do u meen?
Me: I am sorry. Polysyllabic words are evidently beyond your comprehension.
Idiot boy: theres no need to be rude!!!!
Me: No, not rude. Just direct.
Idiot boy: u r very pretty
Me: And you can tell that... how?
Idiot boy: r u going out w/my bro?
Me: Excuse me? I don't think I even know who your brother is.
Idiot boy: o
Idiot boy: i thought u were some1 else
Me: *blocks the idiot*
Friend (who's read the chat log): Hee. You're such a cold b*tch. XD
I got the "winter" part from there. But "Winterdog" doesn't have the right ring; "Wintry female dog" seems such a mouthful. So I went for "fox." (Vixen is too... well, yikes.)
