so far i made my main char (scoundrel w/ heart of gold) to be good in both ranged & melee. she's more of a support in combat while bastila's the jedi meat/tank. force cure is really a life saver (actually 3 if all party members are organic). i may make my main char a jedi as i'm currently in datooine. of course a scoundrel who's a pallie-wannabe. yeah i know, weird. but fun.

it depends on how u play & the game's not as hard as what i expect. the bosses can be overcome by throwing the whole party on them. yep, grenade to start things off. u got that right, winterfox. i even took the big bad droid down instead of shutting it off via security terminal. u know, if u don't mind the pricey parts & spikes, u can get additional XP points just doing repairs & all that. will have to try this in my replay as a baddie.

mandrake, i believe my bottleneck is my processor, not my graphics card though i would consider OC once i can install an additional active heatsink on the GPU. my game sails nicely so far thanks to the GPU & SB live soundcard. that way my pathetic processor has most burden offloaded from it.
