Am a mage with bow skills and strong summon skills. Fighting her the first time (apparantly). I killed all the dwarves by staying to the south and summoning walls of steel skeletons and dreadknights. I left her, solved a couple quests and went up a level (36). I haven't learned a new skill yet as I'm trying to figure out the best one. Currently have Hellspikes 1, Freeze 4 (you guys mentioned these). I have a helmet with +1 Hellspikes (just have to quaff a potion to be strong enough to use it. So what do you think? Go for Freeze 5 or Hellspikes 3? What's her resistances like - anyone know? Or something else maybe? She's schooled me everytime so far.
