Sheesh, big difference between those skills. I wonder if it is the same with the latest patch.

Ouch, now that makes you think. But since I am hard headed I am going to use Ranger Sight.

Seriously, why doesn't anyone like Rangers.

They work so much harder and have so much less. It's like someone wanting to be an adventurer and never being good at anything. Maybe I never knew what I wanted to be when I grew up, but for a game to slam me that really hurts.

I think I see what they were doing with the different Sight Skills.

I said Rangers work so much harder and have so much less. That is actually wrong if I am thinking along the lines of an adventurer. Adventurers actually have alot more skills but are usually not masters in all of them. I guess that is common knowledge for most roleplayers and I still like adventurers. I really don't think they get slammed in this area, it's just part of being a jack of all trades.

Maybe that's what they were thinking with the sight skills. A human Ranger's sight shouldn't be as good as an Elven's. Maybe they could have made it harder to receive the Elven Sight.

Elven Sight (Passive)
You can see further and thus target and attack your enemies from afar.

Level 1 Increase sight range by 2. Required level 1
Level 2 Increase sight range by 4. Required level 5
Level 3 Increase sight range by 8. Required level 9
Level 4 Increase sight range by 10. Required level 13
Level 5 Increase sight range by 12. Required level 17

Ranger Sight (Passive)
Grants you the keen eyesight of a ranger to help you see your enemies from afar.

Level 1 Increase sight range by 1. Required level is 6
Level 2 Increase sight range by 1. Required level is 12
Level 3 Increase sight range by 1. Required level is 18
Level 4 Increase sight range by 1. Required level is 24
Level 5 Increase sight range by 1. Required level is 30

Since people are Humans, it might work out better to switch the required levels around.

Just the required levels though and keep the sight range the same. This way there is some kind of bonus to getting Elven Sight and having to wait for a higher level to receive it.
