For me, Christmas is the best time of the year. All the kids wander home and the house is full, loud and full of Love!!! I usually have a lost lamb or two, for my house is always open to the College kids who can't or don't want to go home. (Keeps a stash of extra Xmas presents just in case) The special Xmas tradion we have is we get silver and gold ballons (Cause my lil one's said even Angels need silver and gold for Xmas) and we send special messages to the Loved ones we have lost. The funniest part is getting the messages in the balloons!!! I bake cookies and goodies as gifts for the neighbors, mailman, and just about whoever the kids put on the list and we put them in special jars that we have decorated. Then the kids have fun giving them away. We open 1 present on Christmas Eve and the rest the Christmas morning. Eat a big meal and relax and watch the children play!!! So I spend most of december cooking (when I'm not playing DD).
